Overview & Metrics
The Overview page provides customers with a high-level summary of service request activity and sustainability performance across their account.
This page is designed to give customers immediate visibility into request status, service distribution by location, and key environmental metrics without navigating into individual records. This page serves as the primary dashboard for monitoring service activity and sustainability performance, supporting operational awareness, reporting, and informed decision-making.
Accessing the Overview Page
The Overview page is the landing page whenever a user logs in to the customer portal. To access the Overview page when elsewhere in the portal, hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Click Overview. The data displayed on this page will give you incite on the current and upcoming requests.
Overview Concepts
The landing page provides quick access to key information and tools to help you stay informed and manage your services efficiently. The Blogs & News section keeps you up to date with the latest CheckSammy updates, while Quick Links allow you to navigate to important areas of the portal directly after login, helping streamline workflows and request services more efficiently.
You can use Filters to refine the data shown on the page by specific locations by selecting the All Locations drop-down and choosing the locations you want to view. The Upcoming section displays any scheduled services you have booked, helping you stay organized and prepared, while Recent Activity highlights recent updates related to your service requests, quotes, shipments, and other account activity.
Metrics Tab
To access the Metrics tab, click Metrics at the top right of the page next to Overview. The information displayed on this page shows you the status of each ZPF shipment as well as the material breakdown of the sorted containers from these shipments.
Shipment Statuses
Status | Definition |
|---|---|
Scheduled | Shipment has been created and a delivery date has been set. |
Arrived | Shipment has arrived at our ZPF facility. |
Receiving In Progress | We have begun unloading the shipment. |
Receiving Complete | Unloading of the shipment is complete. |
Invoiced | Shipment has been sorted and an invoice has been generated and issued. |
Sustainability Metrics
The Materials by Location section shows material types broken down by each location. Hovering over the bar for each location within the graph will display further weight details of the material breakdown. Click See All to view all location shipment data.
The Materials by Weight section displays a graph of all the material types from all the shipments associated with your account. This graph is sorted by the material type with the most weight appearing first.
