Job Process: Step-by-Step

The app makes it easy to manage and track every request in one place, handling everything from job confirmation and check-in to photo uploads, MOD details, and job completion. For details on each tab, see the article for Managing Your Jobs.

1. Finding Your Job

  • Login to the application with your existing credentials.

  • You will land on the "My Jobs" tab.

  • Use the All or Accepted tabs to locate the job you’re ready to work on.

    • From here, you can quickly see key details like the service address, date, and time, making it easy to identify the correct request.

    • All jobs are listed by date and can be viewed through the expandable calendar.

  • Click on the request you are ready to start work on.

2. Job Confirmation – Stay on Track

  • About 1 hour before your job starts, you’ll receive a prompt to confirm you’re still on schedule.

  • When the pop-up appears, click Confirm to proceed.

This step is important as it lets our team know you are still on track to complete the service.

3. Starting the Job

  • After locating your request, open the job ticket and select the pink "Check-In" button at the bottom of the request.

  • You’ll be taken into the job flow, where you can begin uploading service details including before-and-after photos and manager information.

4. Uploading Photos & Retrieving MOD Information

After checking in, you’ll be guided through steps specific to the service type (e.g., Commercial Cleaning, Waste Removal, etc.).

  • Select the pink box labeled Upload photo / Document, then choose your media type.

    • You can upload photos from your gallery or take photos while you are onsite.

  • Depending on the service, you may be asked to provide photos for specific steps—such as before-and-after service photos or trailer photos. Multiple photos can be uploaded at once for each step.

    • Please ensure all photos are clear and show the full scope of work, as they will be reviewed internally.

  • Once photos are submitted, you’ll be prompted to provide the Manager on Duty’s information. There will be a step to enter their name and to capture their signature.

  • After these steps are complete, you can then click Check-Out.

If you’re in an area without service, you can still complete the above steps—the data will automatically sync once you’re back in an area with service.

5. Adding Multiple Visits to a Service Request

If a service request requires multiple visits - whether on the same day or across different dates -you can easily add an additional visit within the request.

  • Open the service request that needs another visit.

  • Click the + icon next to "Upload Receipt".

  • Select New Visit from the expanded menu.

  • You’ll then be guided through the same steps outlined in Uploading Photos & Retrieving MOD Information.

6. Uploading a Weight Receipt

If your service requires proof of legal disposal, you can upload a Dump Receipt directly to the service request.

  • Open the service request that needs a receipt.

  • Tap Upload Receipt.

  • Upload a clear, readable photo of the receipt (from your gallery or taken onsite).

    • You can specify whether the receipt applies to the entire job or a single visit.

  • The app will scan the receipt to autofill details. Review and complete the following fields:

    • Material Category – The material disposed of.

    • Other Material Type – Open field for additional materials in the load if needed.

    • Weight Unit – The unit of weight listed on the receipt. (i.e., lbs, kgs, etc)

    • Total Weight – Total weight of the load disposed of.

    • Landfill Weight – Weight disposed of at a landfill.

    • Recycling Weight – Weight disposed of at a recycling center.

If the material is only one of the above (I.e. All recycled material) Enter the total weight into ONLY that field, and enter in a value of 0 into the other.

    • Facility Name – Name of the facility where the load was taken.

    • Facility Payment – Total $ amount paid for disposal.

    • Disposal Method – How the load was disposed of (Landfill, Recycling Center, Incineration, etc.).

  • Once all fields are reviewed and filled in, click Upload Receipt.

  • Receipts can also be uploaded after a job has been marked as completed.

7. Marking the Request as Complete

Once all visits, photos, and receipts are submitted, you can mark the job as complete to send it to our auditing team. Be sure everything is finalized first—no additional visits can be added after completion.

  • Open the service request you want to complete.

  • Click Mark as Completed and confirm.

  • A pop-up will confirm the job is complete. You can choose not to show this message again.

8. Handling Dry Runs

If you arrive at a job site and find there’s nothing to remove, you can request a Dry Run Fee.

  • Click the Support ("?") button on the top right of the jobs ticket, then select Request a Dry Run.

  • Fill out the short form by entering the MOD’s name and uploading a photo of the property and obtain an MOD signature.

  • Once completed, let us know.

9. Cancelling Your Request

Can’t make it to your assigned job? You can cancel the request and remove it from your schedule.

  • Open the job ticket and click Cancel Job next to Check In.

  • You will be asked for a reason for cancellation.

  • This will unassign you, and you will no longer have access to the job.

If you experience an issue during this process and need to resubmit photos for a request, there’s no need to retake them or search your camera roll. A photo gallery is available within the app to store and access any job process photos you’ve already taken.
