Managing Your Jobs
Any job that you are assigned to can be found in either the “Home” tab or the “Schedule” tab. Understanding what types of job are found in each tab and how each tab works is essential for success.
Home Tab
The Home tab is the landing page immediately after you have logged in to the app. It will display the jobs you are assigned to that are most important to you.
The jobs displayed here are split into two categories:
Needs Confirmation - Jobs that are displayed in this category are all jobs that you have been assigned to and have yet to confirm. This is your most important category as these jobs require the most immediate attention.
Upcoming Jobs This Week - Jobs displayed here will be any jobs you are assigned to that are scheduled to be serviced in the current week. This tab keep you organized by keeping the jobs that need attention at the forefront.
Scroll left and right in each section to see all the jobs that are displayed.
Tap on any job to confirm you will provide service, get more details, or to work on them.
Schedule Tab
The Schedule tab is a record of all past, present, and upcoming jobs that you are assigned to.
The list is organized by Date showing the most recent one at the top of the list.
Wallet
The Wallet tab serves as a centralized hub for you to manage your earnings and track payments within the mobile application. It is designed to provide clear visibility into financial activity while maintaining ease of use and transparency.
At the top of the Wallet tab, providers are presented with a summarized view of their earnings, which includes the earnings made this month as well as an All Time earning figure.
Users can scroll through past transactions or apply filters (i.e., payments status and time period).
There are 3 payment statuses that you will see:
Status | Definition |
|---|---|
Pending | Jobs that have been completed and are still awaiting internal review before payment can be processed. |
Ready for Payment | Jobs that have been completed and the audited and are in the queue to be paid out. |
Paid in Full | Jobs that have been paid out to you in full. |
