Creating & Verifying Your Account

To begin using the app, simply log in to your account—or create one if you’re new to CheckSammy.

Haven’t installed the app yet? Check the Download & Install the App article to get started.

1. Creating an Account

Already Registered?

• Open the app on your device and log in with your existing email and password.

  • Trouble signing in? Reset your password from the login screen by clicking "Forgot Password”

    1. Open the CheckSammy App
       Launch the app on your device and navigate to the login screen.

    2. Tap “Forgot Password”
       Select Forgot Password under the login fields.

    3. Enter Your Registered Email
       Type the email address linked to your CheckSammy account and submit.

    4. Check Your Email
       Open the password reset email in your inbox (check spam/junk if needed) and follow the link to create a new password.

    5. Log Back In
       Return to the app and sign in using your new password.

New to CheckSammy?

• Open the app on your device and tap “Create Account” on the login screen.

  • Step 1 - Account Information

    • Enter your:

      • First & Last Name

      • Phone Number

      • Email and create a password, then review and accept the Terms & Conditions.

    You’ll need to scroll to the bottom of the T&Cs before you can accept and continue.

• Step 2 - Provider Information

  • Company Name

    • Enter your company name. If you don’t have one, use your first and last name.

  • Company Type

    • Tap the drop-down and select the appropriate company type. If you don't have one or none match, select None.

  • Company Email

    • Enter the email address for your company. If you do not have one, enter the same email address that you did in Step 1.

  • Company Phone Number

    • Can be the same phone number used in Step 1.

  • Primary Address

    • Tap the Address 1 drop-down, then tap the "Search Address" bar. Start typing your street address, and suggested options will appear. Select the correct one, and the City, State, and Zip Code will fill in automatically.

  • Website - Enter your company's website if you have one. Leave this field blank if it does not apply.

• Step 3 - Click "Next" to create your account.
  
  Congratulations! 🎉
  Your account has been created. You’ll receive an email to verify your account. Follow the link to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in with your set credentials.

  After your account has been set up and logged into for the first time, you can elect to use Face ID to login to your account. Do so by logging out of your account by navigating to Account at the bottom right, then tap Log Out at the bottom, and confirm that you wish to logout. Tap Use Face ID at the bottom of the login page and tap Allow to enable Face ID.
