Search Bar
Overview
The search bar provides a centralized and efficient way for users to quickly locate records, pages, or data within the system. The search bar supports keyword-based searches and automatically scans relevant fields to return the most applicable results. As users enter text, results update dynamically and is refined based on the entered criteria, helping users quickly narrow down what they are looking for.
Accessing the Search Bar
You can access the search bar in one of two ways:
Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the screen and then click Search at the top.
Press
Ctrl + Kon your keyboard to quickly access the search function.
Using the Search Bar
The search bar allows you to search the entire portal without having to click through menus to find what you are looking for. You can search for:
Locations by location name.
Service Requests by request ID (i.e., SR-XXXXXXXX)
Quotes by quote ID (i.e., QO-XXXXXXXX)
Billing Profiles by billing profile name.
The results will be displayed with the best match at the top, but it will also display close matches.
